1. Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are completely unused and unopened in their original packaging.
As a small business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened and used.
Personalised products: Personalised orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.
If the personalised device arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects we will repair or replace the product.

2. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. Cancellation refund will be initiated immediately after the order has been cancelled from our end.

3. Replacement

Eligibility: We offer a replacement policy for reasons such as transit damage or manufacturing defects. For assistance, we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged & Defective Items: We urge our customers to make an unboxing video of products upon receipt. If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please report it to us within 24 hours via call / WhatsApp at +91 82698 22305 or email us at hello@thescreenfree.com. Once our quality control team approves the replacement, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged/defective product. After the product reaches our warehouse, we will ship the replacement.
